How visible are brands in paid and organic results in the category “Scales” on Amazon DE?
Our visibility analysis is based on the top 10 generic search terms – representing 57% of the search traffic.
We see that consumers mainly search very generic, i.e. 37% of search traffic is for the terms “personenwaage”, “waage” and “waage personen”.
As in many other categories too, the majority of shoppers is not articulating what they are looking for in detail or is not aware of.
Taking a look at the brands, the Amazon brand “eono” dominates this category when it comes to organic visibility, followed by “soehnle” and “renpho”.
The top ranks of paid visibility are occupied by rather unknown brands, who are trying to push their visibility through advertising.
Since 81% of the clicks are on brands on the first page of search results, it is extremely important to be visible and aware of your competitors.
