According to a notification in the Amazon Advertising Console, old Product Display Ad campaigns are now labeled “Legacy Sponsored Display” campaigns and will be deprecated starting June 10th.
You will still be able to access your legacy campaigns by filtering for “Legacy SD” campaign types from your All Campaigns page. Though, new features are only available if you create new Sponsored Display campaigns with Product or Audience targeting.
Luckily, Amazon has a team to help you recreate your campaigns so that you don’t have to stick to your legacy campaigns and can enjoy the new features! To take up on this offer, all you have to do is to get in contact with them by submitting a form.
